Abelardo Luz

One of the biggest grain producers in the state, Abelardo Luz has a rich mosaic of cultures and races. Pure-blooded Indians, people from Rio Grande do Sul, Paraná and São Paulo, descendants of Italians and Germans preserve their customs and traditions in several celebrations. For the visitors, the main attractions are the Parque das Quedas (Waterfall Park) and the Igreja Matriz São Sebastião (Parish Church Saint Sebastian).

Prainha Camping Turismo (Tourism Camping Beach)
An area full of waterfalls, on the banks of the Rio Chapecó, with a strip of beach ideal for bathing. It also has ecological trails, soccer pitches and volleyball courts, a restaurant and chalets for accommodation. Monday thru Friday, from 8am to 12pm and from 1:30pm to 6pm.

Parque das Quedas
10 waterfalls, three islands and a wood make up the beautiful scenery of the place. There are also ecological trails, a motocross track, fee-fishing, bird observatory, swimming pool with a waterslide, barbecue pits and cabins for accommodation. The park also houses the Santuário Nossa Senhora Aparecida (Sanctuary Our Lady Aparecida) and the Gruta Caracol (Spiral Grotto), which served as a refuge for those taking part in the Federal Revolution (1893-1895). Daily, from 8:30am to 8:30pm.
