Santo Amaro da Imperatriz

Santo Amaro da Imperatriz is famous for its thermal water springs, with therapeutic properties similar to those of the best thermal water resorts in the world. But the municipality has many other enchantments. A mountainous region, divided by rivers and waterfalls, it has 63% of its territory covered by Atlantic Rainforest. The ideal destination for those wishing to venture into the midst of conserved natural scenery, practicing free flight, rafting, rappel, canoeing and other sports in the open air; or for those who simply wish to relax in the comfortable resorts and hotels of the town.
