São João do Itaperiú

In São João do Itaperiú the attractions are the colonial products of quality produced in the region, the Igreja de São João Batista (Church of Saint John the Baptist) and the Festa de São João (Feast of Saint John), patron Saint of the town. The celebration has typical food, dances, a pyrotechnical show, and a giant bonfire approximately 30 m high.
